Job summary

The Children's Place in Reno, Nevada is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching and in-the-moment feedback.
• Support Leadership Team with payroll processing and schedule changes.
• Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and adhere to CRE standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and drive brand loyalty.
• Represent the company professionally on the sales floor.
• Lead by example to maximize productivity and store profitability.
