Job summary

The Children’s Place in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). You’ll engage customers, uphold store standards, and help develop team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, payroll processing, scheduling adjustments, and maintaining stockroom organization while delivering excellent service and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
