The Children’s Place in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and Leader on Duty responsibilities. You will engage customers, uphold store standards, and help develop team members while representing the brand on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, addressing performance concerns with the Store Manager, participating in training initiatives, and driving store profitability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing talent through associate training and coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback to staff.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Represent the company professionally and drive store profitability including payroll.
