Job summary

The Children's Place in Cabazon, California is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). You will represent the brand, engage customers, maintain store standards, and help develop employees while fostering teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Address performance concerns with associates in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Support company training and development initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Provide direct, objective feedback and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
• Lead customer service excellence and support daily store operations, including opening/closing duties.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) program to drive store profitability and payroll.
