Torrid is seeking a dedicated Keyholder in Canton, OH to support the store management team by handling daily opening and closing operations and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

You will work with management to hit KPI goals, lead sales and customer service, assist with merchandising, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Prior specialty/apparel retail management experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while delivering great customer experience.
• Adaptability to changing fashion trends and schedules.
