Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven ability to lead teams to success.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
• Retail and fashion are constantly changing; adapt to schedules and environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily opening and closing operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to drive add-on sales and loyalty.
• Support merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and use product knowledge to boost sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
