Job summary

Torrid is seeking a dedicated Keyholder for our Liberty Township store in Liberty Center, OH. You will support the store management team in daily operations and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

In this role you will lead by example in selling, assist with merchandising, and ensure the store environment remains clean and inviting while accommodating a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty apparel retail management experience with proven team leadership and sales success.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing fashion trends and store needs.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in achieving KPI goals and company objectives.
• Lead by example in selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty.
• Assist in merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register duties and use product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
