Job summary

Torrid in Columbus, OH is seeking a Store Keyholder to support store management and provide an amazing shopping experience for our customers. You will lead by example with selling skills, customer service, and a commitment to merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include assisting management to meet KPI goals, driving add-on sales at the register, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed. Flexibility for holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty apparel retail management experience with proven leadership and sales success.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Fashion awareness and ability to stay on top of trends.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to meet store KPIs and company objectives.
• Lead the Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service.
• Assist in merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store.
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is absent.
• Maintain flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
