Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help run a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and display merchandise, and help maintain store conditions.

In this role you may lead in the absence of Store or Assistant Store Manager and perform duties to maximize profitability and protect assets. Previous supervisory experience is a plus, and solid math and safety knowledge are important.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment and give change.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate displays according to planograms.
• Clean and maintain the store; take out trash and manage cleaning tasks.
• Open and close the store under the direction of the Store Manager; perform duties in their absence.
