Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and support management with store operations.

The role includes leading in the absence of store leadership, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. High school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment and make change.
• Stock merchandise and rotate displays; restock and build displays.
• Clean the store and handle housekeeping duties; assist with sidewalk displays.
• Open/close the store under management direction and assist in covering Store Manager duties when needed.
