Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and help implement planograms.

In the absence of management, you may lead the team and perform store-wide duties. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; handle payments.
• Stock, restock and rotate merchandise; build displays and follow planograms.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop floors and tidy restrooms and stockroom.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
