Key focus includes coaching associates, maintaining a positive store environment, and delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and coaching.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
