Job summary

The Children’s Place in Rochester, NY is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures. You will act as Leader on Duty, represent the brand, engage customers, and uphold store standards while supporting teamwork and employee development.

You will coach associates, handle performance concerns with guidance from the Store Manager, and drive profitability through excellent service and effective operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations with associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
