The Children’s Place in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and Leader on Duty (LOD) responsibilities.

You will engage customers, uphold brand standards, coach associates, and help maintain a positive store environment while driving store profitability through efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager on performance concerns with associates.
• Support training and development initiatives across the store.
