Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handles product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Communicates tasks to team members when management is not present and reports issues to management.
