Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Handles product returns, refunds, cash drops, and maintains accurate cash register records.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicates tasks and reports disciplinary issues when management is not present.
