Train, coach, and provide feedback to help staff strengthen and develop skills.
Ensure store staff follow policies and procedures.
Demonstrate leadership and positive role modeling for retail staff.
Manage time and monitor staff to ensure work is completed.
Perform opening and closing procedures and assist as needed.
