Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty for our Menomonee Falls location. You will lead store activities, train crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while maintaining performance standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication, multitasking ability, and composure under pressure. You will work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal service and friendly interaction.
• Train crew on customer service and checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure readiness.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage costs through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
