The Children's Place in Springfield, PA seeks a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty. You will train associates, drive brand standards, and engage customers while fostering teamwork and store profitability.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, scheduling adjustments, maintaining stockroom organization, and upholding safety and CRE standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years retail experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
