Job summary

The Children's Place in Springfield Mall is seeking a part-time Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will manage cash-wrap, assist with opening/closing, and serve as Leader on Duty to ensure brand standards and customer satisfaction.

You will train and coach associates, help drive store profitability, and maintain organized stockrooms while adapting to daily priorities in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership by handling cash-wrap operations.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Act as Leader on Duty to drive store profitability and customer experience.
• Provide coaching and development feedback to associates.
• Maintain store standards and support inventory and safety processes.
