Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. — HomeGoods in Olney, MD is hiring for a Key Carrier who will, on rotation with the Coordinator role, lead store operations and coach Associates while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Open availability including nights and weekends is required; you will act as Manager on Duty, ensure adherence to procedures, support training, and help meet labor and shrink reduction goals as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
