Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management and staff
• Provides training, feedback and coaching to Associates
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
