Job summary

HomeGoods at TJX Companies is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership, alternating with Coordinator duties. The role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise shifts, coach Associates, ensure procedures are followed, and partner with management on priorities to maintain a safe, productive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of store merchandise flow and company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Supervises opening/closing procedures to company guidelines.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates to maintain service standards.
• Communicates priorities with management and Associates and tracks progress.
• Promotes safety and shrink reduction goals in daily operations.
