Job summary

Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is recruiting for a Key Carrier who supports store operations and leads as needed, including nights and weekends. You will role-model exceptional service, manage coverage, coach associates, and partner with management on priorities to maintain an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to act as Manager on Duty while upholding company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow
• Proven problem solving and coaching abilities
• Ability to multitask and lead associates
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed
• Lead and coach Associates to ensure store tasks are completed
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and store operations
• Ensure labor coverage and adherence to policies
• Promote safety, shrink reduction, and loyalty programs
• Communicate priorities to management and staff
• Support management training and development
