Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty following policy and store procedures.

• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Communicate priorities effectively with management and staff.
• Train and develop Associates in partnership with Management.
• Uphold labor laws and company policies at all times.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
