Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Act as Manager on Duty adhering to policy.
• Coach and supervise Associates to meet store goals.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures per guidelines.
• Ensure proper coverage and prioritize tasks during shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Support training and development for team members.
