Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks per store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses immediate customer issues and coaches Associates.
• Maintains coverage in service areas for a positive experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines.
• Communicates updates to management and staff on priorities.
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs.
