Marshalls at Kentwood, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring for a Key Carrier role. This position alternates between Coordinator and Key Carrier, requires open availability including nights and weekends, and models exceptional customer service.

You will address customer needs, supervise associates, and ensure store operations align with policies. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills are essential for success.

Formación

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of standard software, systems, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Provides coaching to Associates and gives feedback.
