Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and coach Associates as needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty and ensure store procedures are followed.
• Maintain Associate coverage and execute opening/closing tasks.
• Provide feedback and communicate priorities with management.
• Promote safety and shrink reduction programs.
• Support and participate in training and development.
