Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations with leadership duties and exceptional customer service. The role involves alternating between Coordinator and leadership tasks, with open availability including nights and weekends.

You will model strong customer service, coach team members, and ensure adherence to policy and procedures while maintaining a positive store environment and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Team player with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven ability to coach, delegate and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks per store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Communicates priorities and progress to management and Associates
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness
• Promotes safety and adherence to labor laws and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
