Job summary

ARC’TERYX is hiring a Store Lead to join our store leadership team in Seattle. You will work with the Assistant and Store Manager to guide Product Guides and elevate the guest journey across experience, product, community, operations and people.

You will coach, set a clear vision, and drive performance while staying connected to nature and the brand ethos. You will balance coaching with day-to-day operations, including inventory oversight, floor management, and delivering a consistently high

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership experience.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest experience focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team to deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Coach product guides to unlock potential and drive store targets.
• Oversee floor operations, inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising.
• Communicate company initiatives and priorities to the team and partners.
• Manage sales targets, labor and budget, using POS systems for transactions.
