Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Store Lead to join our Seattle-area team. You will coach Product Guides, oversee daily store operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across the floor.

You’ll manage inventory, merchandising, and communications, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to hit targets and foster brand engagement. You will lead from the floor five days a week, uphold health and safety guidelines, and drive community connections through events and partner

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership experience
• 1–2 years of retail experience
• Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Ability to coach others and provide timely feedback
• Comfort with health and safety guidelines and store policies
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values
• Support in-store experience during shifts and monitor sales floor activity
• Coach and develop Product Guides to deliver world-class guest experiences
• Lead from the floor and manage all five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people
• Build community through brand information, events and guest engagement
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising throughout the day
• Communicate company initiatives, policies and priorities to the team
• Manage store operations with sales targets, labor and budget oversight
• Network with partners to support events and maximize brand engagement
• Handle opening/closing procedures and store communications
• Operate POS for warranties, Used Gear, purchases and returns
