Job summary

Arc’teryx Equipment is seeking a Store Lead to join the store leadership team in Seattle. You will collaborate with the Assistant and Store Manager, guiding a dynamic group of Product Guides and ensuring an outstanding guest experience across all store areas.

You will coach, assess, and provide feedback to team members while supporting inventory management, floor leadership, and brand engagement in the community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Passion for coaching and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience during shifts and monitor activity on the sales floor.
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class guest experiences with technical product knowledge.
• Open and close the store, oversee floor leadership and five pillars of the business.
• Manage inventory activities including receiving, restocking, and merchandising.
• Communicate initiatives and priorities to the team and collaborate with Store Manager.
