Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, guiding a team of Product Guides and elevating guest experiences. You will influence all areas of the store—experience, product, community, operations and people—while prioritizing outdoor exploration and authentic product knowledge.

You will coach, direct, and motivate staff, support inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience and 1–2 years retail experience.
• Passion for coaching others and unlocking potential.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to train teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with ARC’TERYX Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience and floor leadership five days a week.
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class guest experiences.
• Oversee floor operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Manage store openings/closes and respond to inquiries on channels.
