Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership and retail management experience.
• Proven ability to budget, forecast sales and manage expenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team aligning with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Oversee floor operations across experience, product, community, people and ops.
• Coach a high performing team through the Guest Journey and guest experience.
• Drive store profitability through labor planning and cost control.
• Manage hours, scheduling and brand ambassador partnerships.
• Oversee product/inventory management, merchandising and sell-through.
