ARC’TERYX in Seattle is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver best-in-class guest experiences across the floor and community initiatives. You will own all facets of store operations, including budgeting, scheduling, training, and product visibility, while developing future leaders and driving sales in line with our five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership and retail management experience.
• Dynamic leadership with ability to recruit, hire, train, and develop leaders.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to achieve results.
• Passion for service and guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, gross margin, expenses and net profit.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability for full-time schedule including weekends.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver best in class guest experiences.
• Oversee store floor, product, community operations, people.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, development and performance.
• Drive sales targets and manage labor and controllable expenses.
• Own scheduling and hours management for guests.
• Develop partnerships with the community and brand ambassadors.
• Oversee product/inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and communicate brand updates.
