Arc’teryx is seeking a Store Lead to join the leadership team and guide Product Guides while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will drive store performance, product knowledge, and community engagement on the sales floor and through events.

You will coach team members, oversee inventory and merchandising, and ensure safety and policy compliance. This role combines leadership with hands-on store responsibilities in a dynamic outdoor brand environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest experience focus.
• Ability to coach and develop others in the moment.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience and sales floor activities.
• Share technical product knowledge with guests and guides.
• Provide coaching and feedback to unlock team potential.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising and store operations.
• Manage opening/closing, phones, emails and social channels as required.
