ARC’TERYX in Seattle is seeking a Store Lead to join the Store Leadership Team. You will guide a team of Product Guides, ensure an outstanding guest experience, and manage day-to-day store operations across experience, product, community, and people.

You will coach and develop staff, drive sales targets, oversee inventory and merchandising, and partner with management on store initiatives. A passion for the outdoors and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Passion for coaching others and unlocking potential.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience during shifts and supervise floor activity.
• Coach product guides to share technical product knowledge.
• Drive floor leadership and exceptional guest experience five days a week.
• Oversee floor operations across experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Build community through brand information and events for team and guests.
• Provide feedback to staff to unlock potential and hit targets.
• Assist inventory management: receiving, restocking, destocking, visual merchandising.
• Communicate company initiatives and priorities to the team with leadership guidance.
• Utilize POS to process guest transactions including warranties and returns.
