Job summary

ARC’TERYX in Seattle is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team delivering best-in-class guest experiences across the five pillars of the business: experience, product, community, operations and people. You will drive recruiting, training and development, schedule labor, and ensure strong merchandising and inventory control.

You’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability while fostering an outdoor lifestyle culture and brand values.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership and retail management experience.
• Dynamic leadership skills to recruit, hire, train, lead, motivate, retain and develop future leaders.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt to change and grow the business.
• Passion for service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting sales, gross margin, and net profit.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in alignment with ARC’TERYX Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Oversee floor leadership across five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Coach a high-performing team through the Guest Journey and brand standards.
• Drive profitable store performance through sales targets, labor planning and controllable expenses.
• Own all product/inventory management, visual merchandising, and sell-through.
• Plan store budget and labor hours with accountability for results.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings on brand updates and business areas.
