Job summary

Knitwell Group in Woodburn, OR is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture among associates. You will lead on the sales floor and serve as a role model for brand behaviors, delivering consistent, welcoming service.

You will assist the Store Manager with recruiting, coaching, and developing talent, leverage technology for omnichannel shopping, and drive operational excellence and financial discipline across the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
