Job summary

Knitwell Group in Redmond, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities as needed. You will uphold brand standards and create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

The role involves assisting with opening/closing, coaching; sharing brand priorities; leading on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach; handling scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
