The role involves leading on the sales floor, coaching staff, leveraging technology for a seamless omnichannel experience, and supporting recruiting and talent development. Regular/full-time position in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
