Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks an Assistant Manager for our Granger store to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a welcoming, customer-centered experience. You will help drive sales, train associates, and maintain store standards in line with our hospitality culture.

You'll build community connections, hire and coach team members, and ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory and replenishment, while upholding company policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer and peer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Assist in achieving store financial goals and motivate staff.
• Participate in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead on sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain visually inspiring store environment in line with brand standards.
• Oversee operations including inventory, replenishment, and inventories.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and build community connections.
