Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Store Supervisor in the Williamstown area to lead a team delivering end-to-end customer service and sales. You will oversee teller and platform operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with bank policies while driving customer satisfaction.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED (undergraduate degree preferred), 2+ years of customer-facing experience, and familiarity with Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel. Notary license is a bonus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Notary License preferred.
• Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed customers' expectations.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain order in the Store.
• Proficient with Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues in the achievement of objectives.
• Lead day-to-day team activities to ensure effective delivery of service and advice while maintaining compliance.
• Monitor teller and platform workflows, delegating tasks as needed.
• Drive store operational excellence, cash handling, and risk management.
• Engage with customers about loan products and facilitate applications (NMLS status).
• Coach the team to deliver end-to-end customer service and sales goals.
