You will lead customer service excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist the store manager in daily operations. This role requires cash handling, sales, and strong communication; you will train staff, resolve issues, and support district goals.

Formación

• Experience in sales or customer service and cash handling.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Commitment to company values and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on available products and services.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance.
• Balance cash drawer and handle deposits.
• Ensure daily transactions comply with company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings.
