The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. As Manager on Duty when needed, you’ll handle cash security, opening/closing procedures, and staff development

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly check out.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising optimization and service.
• Collaborate with leadership in merchandising and World Recovery; maintain store upkeep.
