Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff leadership, and exceptional customer service in our Bel Air, MD location. This hourly role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring promotions and displays align with corporate standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains store displays, ensures accurate signage and promotions per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash handling, alarms, and security checks.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
