Five Below is seeking an experienced store manager in Baltimore who will oversee daily store operations, manage associates, and drive sales through effective merchandising and service. The role requires at least a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years in management, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

The manager on duty will lead opening/closing procedures, enforce corporate guidelines, and ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment while adhering to company policies

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays and promotions per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing operations and staff.
• Provides coaching and onboarding for associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plans and ensures promo materials are up-to-date.
