Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a capable manager-level candidate to support daily store operations and supervise crew members in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee customer service, training, and stock responsibilities to ensure a WOW experience for guests.

The role includes opening/closing duties, coordinating with store leadership, and maintaining high standards for merchandising and guest interaction at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly placed on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
