POP MART Natick Mall is seeking a Store Manager to lead every aspect of the business, create an exceptional customer experience, develop a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence.

You will own store performance, talent development, visual presentation, inventory control, and daily operations while proudly representing POP MART's artists, characters, and collectible products to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management in high-volume stores.
• Proven success in sales performance, ops, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees and coaching leaders.
• Strong retail KPI knowledge for driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's financial performance including sales and expenses.
• Drive KPIs such as Sales, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity.
• Lead product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and brand representation.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with Robo Shop teams for brand initiatives.
